Uniweld Electrodes Industry produces with ISO 9001 quality all the covered electrodes range, ESSEN trademark, for the most varied industry segments, also produces special streams for welding and security equipments. The ESSEN trademark was the pioneer stablishing the national special covered electrodes production for welding in the 70’s. On this time, the big development at the national industry required new industry processes and from this on, the development of new electrodes specially dedicated to sophisticated applications allowed the ESSEN trademark to definetely consolidate as a synonymous of quality and products with high technology.
In the beginning of 80’s, we developed with 100% national technology our product ESSEN 80 which was the first covered electrode specially developed to the pulverizing process on the mill rolls from the sugar mill industry, providing a big increasing on the useful lifetime of the equipments and revolutionized the extraction methods systems at the suggar mills and ethanol in Brazil.
Nowadays we attend the domestic market and we are very proud of exporting our products to many different countries, like USA, United Kingdom, Australia and others.

Our company has modern equipments istalled in an industrial park with 6.200M2, in a total area of 18.500M2 specially projected and built to attend a demand of 1.000T/Month of production.
Uniweld is also very worried about the environment preservation and disposes of modern systems of industrial affluents treatment that assures a complete environment preservation.
Our localization is strategic and provides us an efficient logistic system, because we are located 70km far from São Paulo Capital and 100km far from important business centres like Campinas, Vale do Paraíba and South of Minas Gerais State.
