We produce with ISO 9001 quality the whole line of coated electrodes and tubular wires brand Essen.
In the early 1980s, we developed our ESSEN 80 product with national 100 % technology, which was the first coated electrode specially developed for the spraying process in the milling rollers of the sugar-alcohol industry, providing a great increase in productivity, in addition to an increase in of the useful life of the equipment and thus revolutionized the method of extraction of sugar and alcohol plants in Brazil. We currently serve the national market and proudly export our products to several countries, including the USA, the United Kingdom, Australia and others. Our Company has modern equipment installed in an industrial park of 6,200 m2, in a total area of 18,500 m2 specially designed and built to meet a demand of up to 1,000 t. production month. Our strategic location provides us with highly efficient logistics.
UNIWELD is also very concerned with the preservation of the environment, it has modern treatment systems for industrial effluents that ensure complete preservation of the environment.
